Jasmine has always had a morbid fascination in mysteries. It was what made her pursue a journalism major in college. She likes to crack cases and figure out how things worked/went down. While she is no longer a journalist, that fascination with unraveling the truth has never left.

Your character could work for Lunar Cove Times and know Jas from her freelance work or could be someone whose as fascinated in mysteries as she is, but you decided to try to crack the case as to who the Catalyst was together and have continued to try to uncover whose behind any future attacks in town.

None of you are detectives, but you have decided, to hunt down the truth yourself, especially after the recent discovery that the Catalyst had been acting as the Town Sheriff all this time. Your character could be a true crime fanatic or someone who simply feels like they can't trust the law anymore, but you think that you can get to the bottom of it.

Jas is a sarcastic loner. She doesn't easily get too close to people. Think similar to Mabel from Only Murders in the Building, but having bonded over the crazy phenomena happening in town, your charries could even start a town-only podcast together as a side hobby. She even has an RV/Van they can use for makeshift stakeouts.

There is very little in this world that Greer cares for more than her older brother. Born from their mother's marriage, he was nothing more than a problem for Greer's father, a financial burden that he had not even sired and that he would not care for, not that he cared much for the child he did have. For the first seven years of Greer's life, however, her brother was her entire world; there had been more than one incident in the years before Greer began school where her brother's bus had to turn around because the small girl had snuck on somehow. Very little in the world could keep the sister from her brother. After the accident that took their mother and her father's life, they were torn apart, however, and Greer's grandmother refused to allow her granddaughter to have a relationship with her brother, burning any letters the young girl attempted to write to him. Doors and windows were barred at night after an attempt to walk to her brother's father's house resulted in a three-day search party for Greer, who had gotten lost in the woods very early on in her trek. It wasn't until long after the passing of her grandmother that the witch found her brother once more, now nothing more than a stranger with the same eyes. A bridge that had burnt for so long, with neither party responsible for the lighting of the flames, now finally cooled enough to begin to rebuild. Although desperate to know her brother, to make up for too much lost time, secrets weigh heavily on her soul, keeping her more withdrawn than she would like. Healing after so many years would always have been difficult, but with something like magic involved, it becomes all the more arduous. Age range 30-33. 01 connection available.

ejerce poco y más como ayudante de psicólogo titular en penitenciaría antes de postularse en reverie. se había llegado a topar con una realidad que no le había agradado: personalidad fue catalogada como blanda por superiores que no quisieron reconocer su capacidad y lo tenían haciendo tareas secundarias a pesar de su título y decide seguir formándose para ser capaz de sortear estos prejuicios, no porque dude de sí mismo. además aprender le gusta y la oportunidad de encabezar misiones como en la tele le entusiasma.

"there's no way he'd do that, would he?" reese asks. but soon enough, she looks back over at them when they answer that niko had actually left them. "wait, are you serious? that's insane," reese says before chuckling, "guess this means that i'm out of five bucks then." but although reese felt a little set up, it didn't end nearly as terribly as reese feared it would. perhaps niko was a genius after all. "then i guess we have no other reason to stay behind."

Your character was born and raised in New York City and knew Ralph Middlemas much of their life, maybe from living in the same neighborhood, from school, or from crossing paths at the funeral home where Ralph worked as a teenager

When your character and Ralph were in their 20s, they got too drunk one night and confessed mutual romantic feelings on their bumbling subway ride home. The pair entered a private, non-official relationship that went on and off over several years. Ralph never told your character he loved them, and both seemed to feel the weight of their families to get married and have lives elsewhere. 

On July 20, 1969, Ralph was supposed to watch the moon landing with your character but ended up having to work the night shift. He was murdered that night by a new vampire. 

After the burial of an empty box, your character launched a personal investigation following the apparent "disappearance" of Ralphie's body. There was a cold, hidden trail of other missing corpses in the city and hospital records, and you followed them. Oddly, you even swore you saw Ralph himself on the streets of New York late one night but could not reach him before he vanished.

In the winter of 1970, your character's frustrated digging put them into contact with "the landlady," an elderly vampire under whose care Ralph had lived for a period. By that point, Ralph himself had already fled the city, but you were now a human who had drawn too close to the small supernatural underbelly. You were given two choices from the ragtag group of vampires upon whom you had stumbled: regrettable death or the ability to find out what really had happened to Ralphie, a mercy and a gift. You chose the latter and were turned.

Over the following decades, you were not able to reconnect with Ralph himself, who had all but disappeared onto America's highways, bouncing from place to place. But with hunters now snuffing out the last vestiges of the supernatural around the world, you have finally made your way to Lunar Cove, surprised to find the very person who had started you on this journey already there.
